(P.O.E) Q.2.1 Digital Literacy and information fluency
SEPARATE PAGE FOR FINDINGS.
A team of scientists lead by professor Lee Berger fro wits university believe they have discovered an entirely new species of human relative .this fact alone makes the discovery remarkable the Homo naledi fossil was found in the rising star Caves in the Cradle of human kind , in a virtually unnecessary underground chamber.(Ewn.co.za). scientists believe that they may be hundreds of or even thousand more fossilized remains still waiting to be discovered at the site. H.naledi is smaller and much older than the average human with curved fingers and smaller skull. however the species is very similar to humankind which makes this discovery significant. scientists believe that H.naledi may have internationally put the bodies of its dead together in the chamber , which is seen as a ritualized behavior unique to humans . this is imported to note that scientists are able to use this information to place Homo naledi is, which makes it difficult to slot the species into the tree of life.

3. We have the privilege to live in flexibility and wellbeing.
4. You have rights regardless of where you go. The law is the same for everybody and ought to treat everybody decently. All things considered there shouldn't be a distinction in rights from nation to nation similar to the case with the nations that have restricted web contrasted with others with boundless web.

7. Flexibility of expression. - Everybody has the privilege to make up their own particular personalities, think what they need, say what they think and to impart their thoughts to others over the web.
Q.5.1 Digital Rights and Responsibilities
We, the country of South Africa call upon Communist Party rulers to grant there people with digital rights and responsibilities . These digital rights and responsibilities will allow all citizens of communist countries to gain the freedom and benefits of unregulated internet access. The advantages of open-based internet access is easier access into online media as well as the implementation of copy right laws so all online materials are safely monitored. The lack of DRM rights, decrease all rights to freedom of speech and censorship within communist countries and are left to listen to their rulers. Communist rulers are seen to listen to their society which is why we are asking for these digital rights to be implemented.
Please sign this petition to encourage communist party rulers to implement digital rights and responsibilities.
