If your inappropriate behavior can be taken back to the company then it may damage the reputation of yourself and the reputation of the company. The effects on society With such a technological age it is very important to be careful what employees post online. A huge audience can be reached within a few seconds. If an employee had to post an inappropriate video online, it could have hundreds of views in just a few minutes and could initially damage the company's reputation.
